Recipe for Mutter Paneer Masala
Ingredients: 1 Medium Onion (Chopped), 3 Cloves Garlic (Crushed),1/4 tsp Coriander Seeds, 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil / Ghee, 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 3/4 Cup Mutter, 1/2 Cup Paneer, 1/4 Cup Curd, 1 Green Chilie, 2 Tomatoes (Peeled and Sliced), Salt to Taste, 1/2 Cup Water, Garam Masala, Coriander Leaves.
Grind to a paste half the onions, garlic and coriander seeds. Heat oil/ghee in a frying pan and sauté remaining onion till golden brown. Add ginger Add turmeric powder and the ground paste and fry until the ghee starts to separate. Add the paneer and mutter (entire contents of this pack) along with curd, green chili, tomato and salt. Stir for 5-6 minutes over low heat. Pour in the water and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotti or rice.
