2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp dry roasted coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 ¼ cup chopped tomatoes, ½ cup water, 1 ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ cup fresh cream, 1tsp Ksturi Methi ,Salt to taste, 1 ¼ cup paneer, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, Garam masala, 1 tsp sugar, Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Soak frozen paneer from this pack in warm water for 30 minutes and drain. Deep fry paneer till golden brown. Soak fried paneer in warm water for 15 minutes, drain and keep aside. Heat butter in a Kadhai. Sauté dry roasted coriander powder for ½ minute. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and ¼ cup of water and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add another ¼ cup of water and simmer for 6-7 minutes or till oil separates. Add chilli powder, fresh cream, kasthuri methi and salt to taste and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add drained paneer, cardamom powder, Garam masala and sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
